Zi's filings: Chrck out the Canadian Edgar equivalent, Sedar: sedar.com Last annual report: sedar.com A very gloomy report for a company with 29M shares out, $1M in cash and shareholders equity and 1.6M in revenues. Note that the operating cashflow (-4.2M) is even worse than the loss for the period (-2.3M). I'm wondering where they want to raise cash except from printing new shares. ZICA will eventually trade at zero. One has to ask whether the NTA criterium is fulfilled any longer. The increase in non-cash working capital appears to be nothing else than to capitalize expenses, ie write up assets and is a highly questionable practice.
