PCLN, I'm no expert on lock ups but my understanding is that most of the devastation has hit by 30 days or so before the extra shares hit the market.

Aren't you concerned it's already been written in? It's gone from the 160's to the 50's...

I'm not the one to ask.... but I can tell you, technically it's trying to break a relatively long down trend line.

Best of luck with it but please ignore my comments. I'm leery but probably out of ignorance.

Isn't there some addendum...that the shares don't always have to be freed up...I can't remember.
