Michael, <<It appears that 100% of the accumulation ongoing in the stock over the last few years has been by a couple of hedge funds and/or their general partners. >>

Are you commenting on the data from the link I included in my last post? It seems there are 3 or 4 buyer names all somehow with Thomas in it and they all buy together once in a while (see them below). You can click on their names on the page (see link in my last post) to see a little more description. You recognize their names? Are they all related what you said "hedge funds"?

<<I noticed Stonecipher gave away 10,000 shares. Wouldn't it be nice to have a public company that is overvalued and in which you own too many shares? Death then becomes the only inevitable.>>

It is quite common to donate stock shares instead of cash worth the same amount for a good cause also reducing tax burden. I failed to see the relevance of you comment on this particular one, either on the generosity or the chosen way of giving, to any negativity of this company or its stock.

What's uncommon with most overvalued companies is to have no insider selling for a long period of time at all. What are they holding "too many overvalued" shares and waiting for? The "inevitable death"? I would welcome your more persuasive reasoning for the leap to this conclusion, as I do hold some shares of it right now.

Thanks for your response and comments still.

Shawn
