This quake couldn't have come at a worse time for Sandisk (if it had to come at all), just before a secondary. It will possibly have to be postponed until damage reports can come in and be assessed. It's one thing to have red herrings about possible material events, it's another to have the event actually occur. I would guess that TechLand will be a sorry mess today (except perhaps for Micron Tech, since they rather fortuitously built up their inventories a few months ago, something that they were strongly ridiculed for by their detractors; the latter will probably be mumbling now, "what did they know and when did they know it?!"<g>).
