>>I think it is fair to say that no one is happy about the stock price including Swigart, Ornstein and their partnership which apparently remains the second largest shareholder after Branson. The company has almost $5 per share in cash. Revenue production and growth has been excellent with load factors over 80% and double digit unit revenue increases year over year. The problem is very simple - BELGIUM. If this company was located in Ireland like the smaller Ryanair the costs would be significantly lower and profits higher. Let's see if the new management (and Mr. Branson) have the foresight to continue to relocate the company in Ireland and get out of Dodge. As far as Swigart leaving my understanding is he had only agreed to stay till December on the outside and has been anxious to leave for some time. Ornstein offered to resign as Chairman after he was elected Chairman of Mesa but stayed on at Branson's request until they could find a replacement for Swigart. They both remain on the Board. I still believe this could be a big winner.<<
