Michelle,

Think about it. Just love to do you a favor (you don't see
much women on these boards with understanding over the soft-ware
sector). On the other hand, there future looks unpredictable
(take-over or going the MANU-way). I don't like that. I've
seen that happen to much.

With regards,

Paul

I know all the major Silicon Valley companies have Sebl already and will not switch...

Michelle:

May I ask what is the source of information that leads you to make this statement. Is this a personal observation, or is it based in-fact -- that is each & every one of the companies you describe as a "major Silicon Valley company" has gone on record stating they will not switch from SEBL's CRM software?

Notwithstanding, relevant to this discussion are the recent comments by Jeff Henley when queried on this very issue. I recall Jeff stating that they really don't run into SEBL that much & that the CRM market is big enough for both of them -- right now. Nevertheless it is important to understand where the big customers stand right now & how it may impact each company's growth in market share going forward.

Thanks in advance for your reply.
