Helx is hard to figure. With all the cap spending that
seems set to happen in the semi biz you can see Helx going up 2-4 X in the next 1 to 3 years. But I've sold most of my
1500 that was bought at 8,9,10, down to 250 shares. I
guess I'll buy more, but probably not till the next cycle,
and that might be years away. I think most cycles are
supply-demand driven. This has the big added factor of
process change: .3 meter wafers, smaller gates, copper.
Hadn't thought about it too much yet, but when all that
process efficiency kicks in the next down cycle may be a real killer and set up the next great opportunities. I never dreamed these guys, helx,amat,lrcx would do this in one year, stock price wise.
