Perhaps....it appears the same tactics are being employed. But this isn't hard to do when total volume amounts to ~37K shares being transacted so far. Indeed, I see another ~6K launch was conducted around 2:50pm. However, with the Dow currently down ~252 pts, and the NASDAQ down ~63, well....let's just say that, in a general sense, it looks like a wonderful day if you're a bear. Now let's see how the final half hour unfolds... John~

Updated conversion price information. You mentioned conversion price: Looks as though the conversion price might be looking for a home again. The conversion price increased to 5.44 using as of today's closing bid of 5.1875. Here are the last ten day closing bids. Note the steady increase in the conversion price, and the corresponding decrease in the shares received upon conversion.
