concerns (of) the investment community (about) convert(ing) to a mostly service company and be profitable have also impacted the stock price greatly.
I remember when Jack Welch started changing GE from a product driven business to a service business. That is where the margins are , when raw manufacturing can be done so cheaply elsewhere. Service can be VERY profitable
DLJ knows how to make the changes needed.

@ GE, Capital SERVICES, is the largest money maker of them all !!!!

Obviously someone has already noticed AZTC. Why do you think the price is down from $7.00 to a dollar and change? You had better check out the brokerage houses (and their integrity) that happen to be touting AZTC before jumping in. Also check out the parent company before the spin off. There is definitely a reason the price is down so far.
