all of the people of the community pay
Well, where I live, (and you too unless it is outside the U.S.A.) the churches get a free ride on their property taxes. This includes, and I know you are going to thing I am making it up but you can check, the community halls where they don't do any praying or sprinkling of holy water. They play bingo and hold youth dances and other activities. And they don't pay a cent! They don't even think about paying a cent. The preacher never once ponders "I wonder if the fire department could do a better job if I put a few dimes toward those brave and hardworking individuals? .... Naaaaa ! ".

Since I pay taxes for these services, aren't I entitled to make use of them where ever I happen to be in the city?
So all we need is one taxpayer per city? I think I'll move to Seatle.
