Lucky, that is very charitable of you to accept the ambiguity of that statement in such a singularly positive way. Unfortunately, Mr. Vaccarro speaks of the camaraderie and excitement "like being on the trading floor of the stock exchange". Mr. Vaccaro goes on to suggest just dropping by to see the future. These statements taken together cannot but leave any reasonable listener with the impression that such excitement and camaraderie exists in all of the trading rooms. Apparently it does not in the Boca office.

If he would indeed rely upon this interpretation, I would have to suspect that his statement was crafted to be purposely ambiguous.

I never had any doubt about this statement, that it referenced a TOTAL of 20 traders and not 20 traders per office. That's because I have learned to accept ALL company statements literally and and to read them critically. Unfortunately, I believe that ALL company statements come down to this type of interpretation and for no other reason that I can conclude other than purposeful deception, otherwise it wouldn't be so consistent and prevalent.

This is also why I would like to know who told PCM that I-T was averaging 1500 trades/day as there is no way this number is generated from 20traders/day (total). The number of traders would have to at least double to even come close to the number PCM claimed which again leads us to why and how so many people/investors could misinterpret the 20traders total for 20traders/office.

And to continue to add confusion to the equation, we have this from Charlie,

[14:25] [wegrew]: and how many people is that
There are on average 25 traders per day in Garden City.

This was taken from the transcript where he also mentions that there are on average 20traders between the offices.

Hi Kristi,

Don't forget that there are other offices besides Garden City and Boca which are affiliates of I-T.

Also, as some of the others on this thread seem to be unable to comprehend, averages change with the passage of time. To take reported numbers from the past few days and claim that figures in statements from 3, 4 or 5 months ago are therefore suspect or wrong, etc., is silly (but certainly par for the course amongst the bashers here...grin).

ERRAFF claims you have damaging information? Is that correct? Is it in the category of rumor or known facts? TIA

PCM
