Before you do that you have to calculate a new baseline valuations for COMS (without PALM) by doing a pro-forma report for at least the past four quaters. That is, what is COMS worth today without PALM??? Then tack on the gain from the PALM IPO.

Eventually, they will sell most all of the shares to the public.

The plan is to distribute the rest of the shares (80%+) to COMS shareholders, not sell them to the public.
