excerpted from a dow jones newswires piece by mark boslet from right after earnings announcement ...

"3Com boasted that its "cash cycle" - the time it takes a purchase of raw material to be turned into a product payment from a customer - also shrank to 43 days from 123 days a year ago. The company said that period could contract to 30 days in the future."

KyrosL & Tim: One Brokerage house had recently assessed the Palm Div at 30%+ of COMS current valuation.

Since only 20% is being offered to the Public, existing COMS shareholders are leveraged 4:1. Any gains/loss on the new issue must have an impact on COMS in the same magnitude.

What are your expectations on COMS.?

Thanks.
