Yes mark..thanks for your links .I did use them and I have Norton system works running and crashguard. why disable it? First time I used it I had 68 window errors from copying my stuff from one drive to another..now the sound drivers work but not for e-mail greeting cards? norton found the error but it's correction didn't solve the problem. Not sure why not...I do reg defrag and speedisk, scandisk everything norton offers,maybe too often. cheers Violetta
