I still do and did run scandisk, defrag, and clear memory cache. I had the dreaded "you have performed an illegal operation" jump up on the screen about four to seven times a week. The thing that helped the most was when I was advised to clear all unnecessary cookies from the system. Once I did that, I think my system crashes no more than once a month and I am on the internet about 55 hours a week. Hope it helps you.

are you asking how to perform these operations? or perhaps why? have you ever done any of the above, sue? and what os and browser are you running?
