copy of email I received from Healthspan. Once again a name with no substance. You have confused our company (HealthSpan Sciences ) with HealthSpan, Inc. HealthSpan Sciences is a private company/ We have tried to get information about HealthSpan, Inc, but there is no information available even if one calls HealthSpan, Inc. It is unfortionate that the two companies have such similar names. Bryant Villeponteau President and CEO

Received another response from APPI: "We are still making our daily call (to the SEC) and get put into (their) voice mail. We will continue this process until we get approved. Things are still moving forward in a positive direction. Thank you. Sam Berkowitz." Received this response same day from APPI. Appears the SEC comm's and feedback is slow. For some reason, we would think a specific person might maintain a group of accounts for reaching out and touching someone at the SEC; but, here I go thinking again. Best wishes:)
