<<Bobby, i agree all the polls show somewhat excessive bearish sentiment. but don't forget that the market kept on rising on excessive bullish sentiment for most of this year>> I personally don't think the contrarian view is written in stone,that without exception when sentiment swings heavily to one attitude the other attitude will prevail--maybe the hanwriting on the wall is finally getting legible enough to be read:) My broker says that the chit-chat among fellow brokers has never been so worrisome in his 20 years of being a broker. He works for a bullish firm,and they recently upped their equity position to 65% recommendation,and he just said "they're crazy!" Max90
