Well, I'll have to say that I can do nothing but trust your opinion, ChickenLips.. Given that you work in water purification through reverse osmosis, I would say that provides you considerable clout on the quality of a water beverage.... :0) I actually spent some time working with a military ROWPU (RO Water Purification Unit) while I was stationed in Panama. We spent 1/2 a year in the jungle near Colombia with our only source of fresh potable water coming from that machine. So while I was actually assigned as the sole linguist/translator/liason on that mission, when it came to making sure the water purifier kept working, everyone pitched in... :0) Hint.. if you put it in the freezer, or a pan with ice water in it, your ETTL (est time 'til libation) will be signifincantly reduced.
