I thought the "E" meant that it was 30 days away from being delisted...as in off the OTC sometime in October..

Back when I was a beginner trader and even dumber than I am now..this turkey named Mark Schultz, with traders faxline..was beating the drum for CSHK. Oh and another one was WACC. Wonder what ever happened to him. Anyone know?
It was a good lesson. Now I never, ever, ever buy stock that I have not thoroughly researched myself. It's paid off. But those two carbuncles in my portfolio are good reminders...
oh, and thanks for the music..very appropriate :)

As usual jhild your facts are not up to snuff. Posted below is copied right from the web site for OTC BB. This is what is published for companies required to comply as at October 8/99

Status of Companies Required to Comply with Eligibility Rule on October 8, 1999

The OTC Bulletin Board© Eligibility Rule implementation continues with the October 8 Phase-In Group. The status of this group of companies, whose trading symbols (as of January 4, 1999) begin with "BJ" through "CH", will be evaluated as of the close of business on October 7, 1999. Securities of OTC Bulletin Board(OTCBB) companies that do not meet the Eligibility Rule requirements at that time will no longer be eligible for quotation on the OTCBB.

See the chart below for a complete list of OTCBB issues in the October 1999 Phase-In Group and each security's compliance status as of September 7, 1999.

An initial evaluation was conducted on September 7th for the aforementioned companies in order to assist Market Makers in fulfilling their responsibility to provide evidence of compliance to the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD©). The trading symbols of those securities whose issuers were not deemed compliant with the Rule will be appended with an "E". Notice of these symbol changes was published on the September 7, 1999 Daily List.

Once the NASD receives notification that an issuer complies with the filing requirement, the fifth character identifier "E" will be removed. If the issuer is not compliant with the filing requirement and/or the NASD has not received notification to this effect, on or before October 7th, the issuer's securities will no longer be eligible for quotation on the OTCBB as of market open on October 8th. Deletions will appear on the Daily List of October 1 (available on this Web site) and their removal will be effective at market-open on Wednesday, October 8th.

So, since Cashco's date is October 20th, there will be no delisting on Friday as you have stated, but rather the "E" indicates that we have until October 20th.

This is a fact.

Your post is inaccurate and very misleading.
