MSFT trades in a range of 55 to 75 PE each Q. Considering 1.50 of eps by this Q,
you can expect a price range of 82.5 - 112.5 for the reminder of the calendar
year. Considering this Q eps growth rates will be lower than Q4 and that it will
be in the 30 - 40% range, I expect it to trade in the lower end of the range.
Tech market I think is in big danger. It is the last piller of the bull market
that is left. DOW, S&P, RUSSEL are all heading down. NASDAQ is the last index
to correct. We shall see. Currently MSFT is slightly above the mid-point of the
82 - 112 range.
