I'm looking at a picture of the President, giving a speech and wagging his finger. This would be more effective than saying "boo" and would scare the hell out of the varmints looking for the free meal.

Now there's a truly inventive plan. I could get a dozen or so Clinton masks and put 'em up on poles all over the property along with a loud speaker that says, "Iffin ya don't get, I'll sick Janet and Hillary on ya."

That might work out real well in the garden too.
