But, let me respond to your shallow rebuttal of my post.
First you give Reagan's SDI initiative credit for destroying the Soviet Union. Well, SDI has been a total bust to date and here in 1999, we still can't intercept anything coming from higher atmospheres, and THAAD, the military's latest effort at SDI has been 90% fruitless. So get a life and recognize that the Soviets were crumbling from within. You and your bud's steadfastly proclaim that an economy is an economy and it "runs itself", you guys are helpless idiots. If an economy runs itself then surely the Soviet economy ran itself out of gas, huh?
Second, fiscal responsibility, Reagan promised voodoo economics as coined by George Bush, to cut taxes and raise spending and he did and we built up the greatest deficit in history, and only Clinton has been able to reduce it.
Third, Clinton hired Greenspan (twice), and if you can't recognize this you are a stupid fool, an idiot and dimwitted.
Fourth, I guess you have a big problem with gays, for you want them to be second class citizens. Well, they are people and Americans and entitled to every right everyone else is including serving in the military. So stuff your stone age thinking up a place a gay might use.
Fifth, you clamor against health care, saying that people all over the world come to the US for health services. You are correct RICH people all over the world come here for health care. And POOR people here get none, you are sick on this issue.
Sixth, on China, the bastards stole are nuclear secrets, you proclaim. What are they supposed to do, be stupid and never advance. Please tell me if the US is not trying to steal every military secret of every threat? If we aren't then the whole CIA and DOD needs to be fired.
Seventh, Downsizing, you blew it off, as usual, but I reiterate the only Administration to downsize government since WWII has been the Clinton Administration. And your pork barrel republican buds try to keep all the bases open, and military infrastructure in place. The Republicans have kept government downsizing from being larger
Eight, and again the LARGEST ISSUE, you fail to give the Clinton Administration any credit for the greatest economic prosperity of the twentieth century, this is you total folly, here you show your cards, blind, blind, blind, ignoring the facts, shame on you
Ninth, you get on N.Korea and China, well shall we just kill them all or pursue the Clinton course, that is, try to be friends, your choice
