There is no doubt that the "possibility" of a BC payout has elongated this process. No CEO wants to dillute shares of the company, but how long do you wait? At what time do you just have to say...we have to go ahead? The longer you wait the closer you think you are getting to a settlement, the longer the settlement is delayed, the more irritated shareholders get. It has become a "chicken and egg" fullfilling process....without that intention.
My prophecy is that we will be in a full drilling program by Jan 15 and will either have a BC package in our pocket or a court date. A JV partner is more than possible, but it solely depends on the terms,... they may want more than a pound of flesh...so we'll see!

When I was at the Rock offices. Mr. Kennedy commented that literally all his time and energy has been spent in putting this agreement together.

Rock has a much sweeter deal than they originally had, as well as they now have option to buy 100% of Coiron thru De La Cevre Noire. So while we sit here waiting for the shareprice to move, management has negotiated a difficult contract on our behalf. In the meantime the BC thing goes on, the trips to Europe and England with City of London onside.
I realize all of us are getting a tad irritated with the "world class deposit", but I am totally convinced we have one as well! It is difficult to dismiss the geology of this structure, it is difficult to dismiss the geography that it sits in, it is difficult to dismiss the surface indicators and its really difficult to dismiss the IP at this point.
Every indicator points to a large deposit, I am in till death do me part!!<ggg>
