Great post, CC. I see the last two announcements as progress in what they said they were going to do: build up all the components necessary for them to carry through on their plan. The pieces are being brought together.

Ticks me off how the last price, if there were multiple trades at the same time, is (I assume this is required by regs) always the lowest. Just now there were three trades: 1000 at 2.25, 900 at 2.20 and 100 at 2.15. So last price drops from 2.30 to 2.15 on the basis of 100 shares.
