Michelle, My stab at Softbank's market cap: As of 3/31/99 Softbank had 102,952,005 shares outstanding softbank.co.jp Closing price on 9/21/99 (tokyo stock exchange) was 40,200yen softbank.co.jp Which yields a market cap in yen of 4138670601000 Yahoo's currency converter says this equals US$39,752,861,980.30 so just about a 40 billion market cap quote.yahoo.com Hope this helps, Jerry
