I agree, that is why it would be best to have some sort of up-day tomorrow and nothing out of the G7 over the weekend, thus setting things up for early next week. What triggered this little stumble?

MEthinks it will ... Summers has already stated his "policy" of a strong dollar -- we'll get some intervention some time in the next couple of weeks which will fail and then we start the slump in earnest ...
