lrrp;

My current forecast for strip is $175 - $200M in 2001, and higher if the cycle extends to 300mm and I fairly sure it will. My forecast for the 4Q of this year is $25M, or a rate of $100M/yr, and we haven't even really started this cycle. CVD at Samsung, a single DRAM producer, is at a $22M/yr rate this year and we still may have a shot at another $10M order this year I bet. I'd bet we will get a few more majors jumping in soon. I think CVD will hit $120M next year, $250 in 2001, more beyond. This one can become a very big # when 300mm comes into play. EPI and RTP are going slow. RTP may come into significant play in the 0.13uM due some of the unique capabilities of it's non-lamp based design, but I'm not banking on it yet. Between RTP and EPI I think we can come up with another $50M. At a PSR of 3.5, that would be a an 8 bagger from todays price in about 2 years, mush more if the cycle extends. JMHO, of course.

Best Regards,
John Stewart
