Hi Thread, Who here has built their own PC from "scratch"? I want to do so by buying a new motherboard, processor, memory, and hard drive. After doing some reading I have a list of components and want to get opinions from anyone who is familiar with the components. Rich, Are you saying that this product, for example, will still need a new motherboard? BTW I have the 400. My 12 year old needs an upgraded machine for games. It runs Encarta, etc just fine <g>.
