It seems to me there's a difference between AOL and MSN, not just size but content. AOL raised prices and I frankly expected more elasticity. I expected them to lose customers. They didn't, not many anyway. Pacific Bell here in California raised prices just after AOL and did lose customers. No content. I'm using MSN right now at a friend's computer. In this area, if sucks. At least 5 tries before you connect and you frequently get dumped. I have a suspicion MSN might lose customers over this one, though AOL didn't. We'll see.
