Aha! There's the salient point. Ballmer's slipping a little poison into the watering hole, and I'll bet he damn well does pay attention to the market, especially if lofty stock prices permit competitors the luxury of acquisitions he'd just as soon not see happen.

SXB, if MFST is concerned about the ability of its market cap to grow over the next years, then perhaps they should voluntarily break up the company. What other solution is their to this problem?
