Truth regarding lawsuit. According to an article in the Houston Chronicle this past Tuesday, there is a lawsuit, possibly class action, regrding a watch problem related to a serial number. I believe the it is without merit and is being filed by some low rent plaintiff's attorney to try to buy X-mas gifts for the kids. It is real however. Believe me!
