Hello Sonki. Did you buy into this basket? Thanks for posting all the stocks in there. I guess I don't own half of them, only 6. I am on the watch for CMGI and PCLN but have not taken the plunge yet.

This new basket looks like a good idea for investors that are not in internet stocks. It probably spreads the risk around a bit.

How about AOL today? MSN and their free ISP, which has been raised by 2 dollars to 21+ for unlimited use, helped AOL recover. gg. Some internet analyst was on the tube and still has AOL as his No.1 pick. I think it was Beaverman. Spelling may be off.

The market is on a roller coaster ride again. It tried to make it to the plus side sev. times this afternoon but just can't quite make it. I guess not too bad for a Friday and Intel putting the squeeze on again. Dell was actually on the plus side. Sure hope it still is.

Sonny

Sonki: Re: HHH
I assume the above did well today, esp. as it is market-cap weighted. thanks for the tip. Are you prescient? So, do we see some consol. w/AMAT, and then onward to 100 +, along with Intel? UIS showed some resilience today, one of the best CEO's in the business, check out the Unisys thread, very informative, very little hype, but your (And Sonny's) AOL was the star of the day. I still own Peco (PE), in merger deal, big questions, but I may loosen up some cash to get into some Internet investments. HHH has interesting possibilities, unless Fleckenstein's crash comes to fruition, not happening, unless China starts launching missiles around the world<gg>.
Time to relax, catch the rest of some season-ending baseball.

Regards, Royco

P.S. There was NO damage in Istanbul from the earthquake, and Turks there didn't discuss it at all, donations were made on the ship, city of Ismet sp? was very hard hit.

Fidelity rolling out Trader WebStation to some of us peons on Monday, should be interesting.

Also an interesting rumor. If true AOL can fly next week.
