brian, this is a worthless piece of sw. i have been using it for a while. first of all u must have DSL or T1.
it is so sloooooooooow ! any way u will find out.
I do not have DSL where i m at. It's been very frusterating since i moved here.

it's better if u use "view portfo" -> "use current value"
u can update new value w. 15 min dealy of each positons along w. previous night's closing.

tradestation does not show the same day buy /sell

where as the old method shows your buy/sell of the same day.

it's much faster way.

Good luck. Let me know what u think.

Hello Brian. That is an interesting article about AOL making a deal with Excite/At Home and T. We had been told that AOL was going to acquire or make a deal with a cable company or cos. to the tune of about 10 bill.

I just got in and read some of the news on the net. I had seen the following episode already on TV and found it very interesting how Mr. Summer handled the situation of being the last to know that the IMF had changed its name. Maybe some of the Presidential candidates should take a lesson from him when it comes to laughing off things they should know but don't. gg.

biz.yahoo.com

It also looks like Japan gave some assurances at the G7 meeting that they will work on stimulating their economy without Summers having to sacrifice the dollar. Maybe this and AOL will stimulate the market some on Monday.

Sonny

Hello Brian and thread. I just went over to the Novl board to see what the buzz is there after Novl has tanked a bit.

I found this very interesting conversation. Maybe you have read it. I thought you had bought some Novl at one time. Anyhow. This is not really about Novl. Once you read that link you may as well read the follow up posts on the Novl board. Are we ready for Y2K with our PC's? This makes me wonder. BTW. That poster was able to get onto SI again.

Oops. This is getting late. I'd better get off here.
