To All,

FYI, per the SEC, the registration is not effective yet.

Being an admitted novice in this area, does anyone else know what we can expect to see when it does become effective? Let's take a hypothetical situation for example: My understanding is that when effective the company can sell the new shares. Let's say they have a buyer lined up for a large block. Will that block, when purchased, move across the ticker? Will it do that regardless of who the "buyer" is? (I mean will we see the same thing if the purchaser is a MM versus an individual or company?)
Also, is it more likely that we will see big purchases right off the bat, or will we see the stock slowly sold?

Let's face it, it's a learning process for most of us, and if all we get out of this is some knowledge, well then at least it can help us in the future. As a matter of fact, learning this process, especially at this point in time (as the SEC is changing the OTC-BB requirements), just may end up being very profitable for us down the road with other companies doing the same thing.

TIA,
Drat.

Desert, The Yahoo news disappeared slowly and not in oldest first date order. The first items to go were the ones that mentioned contracts (250000, 350,0000 etc). Joe Theismann stayed. And then Joe Theisman went and now the oldest item about some insider sales is the only news item left.
Yes I am cautiously optimistic and I think SEC will kick this company in gear. I hold all my shares, may buy more at lesser prices.
I have a friend or two that plan to stop by without warning, at Mt Kisco in the next 6 months and see the action...it they like it (last time they did) we all (about 7 of us) may buy more.
Anybody heard about a shareholder meeting. If MS does not want us to come, we will get 1-2 week notice like last year. I prefer a longer notice.
