analyst Scott Randall raised his fiscal 2000 per-share earnings estimate on Micron Technology (MU) to $2.34 from $2.00, while reiterating his "strong buy" recommendation. Randall's fiscal 1999 number remained intact at a loss of $0.36 per share. Headquartered in Boise, Idaho, Micron makes semiconductor memory products.
