I find today's news very confusing and I am not happy with the idea that Cel-Sci will retain less than 100% of the LEAPS technology without receipt of at least a large payment. The LEAPS technology belongs to Cel-Sci and not to the management and ex-management. If anyone understands this situation and believes it to be the thing to do, please post the explanation. I have a lot more to say about this, but I'm reserving my thoughts for a later time. Tom
