Excerpt from Microsoft on new web offering - sound familiar???

"We think customers are most interested in the speed and reliability of access, and we are committed to continuing to deliver a great service," Sanford said in an interview with CNET News.com.

One of those additional services, called Internet call-waiting, lets users with one phone line know when someone is trying to call them and allows them to accept the call, route it to another phone number, or let it go to voice mail. "Our goal is to make it easy and affordable for customers to get online, and we will continue to add additional services in the future," Sanford added. "In order to do this, we need to continue running a smart business."

Sam,

In answer to your question, usat has included that detail about the ongoing SEC investigation in all its filings since the stock was halted. I have included an excerpt from a quarterly filing made on 8/16/99, below. As you can see that investigation is ongoing.

>>>>>>However, our ability to raise capital has been adversely affected by the trading suspension invoked by the SEC from January 29, 1999 through February 12, 1999, and its aftermath, and may be affected by certain pending class
actions. The on-going SEC investigation may further hinder us from attracting new equity investors and lenders, and there is no assurance that capital can be raised through further equity sales, new credit facilities or other financing on terms that will be acceptable.<<<<<<<<

Please read the above along with my earlier post, the one that you responded to, referenced below and then see if you can figure out just where or from whom, usat obtained financing ? There is clearly an item in fcm's financing deal that addresses the very issue of fcm remaining listed on an exchange. usat "SUPPOSEDLY" received financing and paid fcm 5.7 million while the pall of an ongoing SEC investigation hung over its head, not to mention numerous other unresolved legal matters.

In an earlier post of yours, you also asked me if I get upset because some would disagree with me, well the answer to that is most obvious. I present facts and the prove of same, and in my opinion, most of the Rah Rah gang presents nothing with a foundation based in any facts.
