Tommy, you're down to disclaimers as your only weapons. If you had finished a single business course you would have been taught that disclaimers - written by lawyers, not management - have very little to do with corporate governance and everything to do with fending off law suits (from ignoramuses like you, who have to be spoon-fed the most elementary principles).

Over the past week you've dredged up USAT a gazillion times, yet FCM is getting both payments and fresh capital, you've dug DEEEEEEEEP into the recent filing and come up only with disclaimer language that no one pays attention to, and you have been faithful to your post as chief "looney-aunt-in-the-attic-yelling-fire" (for reasons that no one can figure out), while the stock has held up well and gathered greater following, such as the new Market Guide report citing a $10 price target.

Isn't it time you turned in your boxing gloves and found another line of work? If you could channel your vindictivenes toward something constructive you might even make something of yourself. In the meantime, write a book about this terrible, terrible company FCM and share the final draft with us.... when the stock is at $100.

As many have said before, you are a sad, sad sight to behold, as tragic a character as Mad King George. I feel no animosity towards you, only utmost pity.
