I understand their way of thinking, focus on what you do best, become #1, then persue other avenues. Sometimes trying too much just screws up everything and become mediocur(sp). For example, IFM says they could do B2C in the auction area, ie bid.com ebay but you need the resources to focus and compete. These resources (people and money) can be used to persue the huge market of B2B. Also its been stated that B2B is more lucrative.
My perception of IFM is they want to be #1 in what they do, step by step, before they go after something new.
