We tried nutrasweet when it first came out (in crystal light), My spouse and I drank the stuff constantly for a couple of weeks- we then began experiencing migraine-like headaches and insomnia that kept us up for 24hrs straight. It was horrible. I haven't drunk the stuff since. Now I grant you we probably exceeded the expected dose- but I sure as heck won't let my kids have anything with that stuff in it.
