What about intc's lawsuit with Via and beyond that how many can Via produce(on what will be short notice) with the earthquake?

Steve, do you have any evidence that the VIA chip set actually is proven? I mean really proven in life test on real mobos in real systems. Do you know the actual status of VIA at Micron? Any possibility that there is a VIA glitch coming?
