>>Has this insider trade info been posted? <<

I don't recall this information being posted on this thread yet.

I generally have my antennae up for signs of many insiders selling their holdings. I believe that when put into the proper perspective, these trades are a pretty good indicator of the confidence that a company's management team has in their own company.

I also understand that many of the growth companies are staffed by individuals who have often deferred compensation in lieu of shares. Many of these people are not rich individuals who may require additional funds because they are building a new house, or have other investments and interests that require an injection of cash. I did some digging and found out that Mr. Young has been with ASI for about 5 to 6 years and he was given 300,000 free trading shares a long time ago. He now has just registered only 1/3 of these shares for trading. This way, he has the flexibility to sell them if he needs to.

According to my calculations, this pending sale (he hasn't sold these shares yet) only represent about 2 to 3 % of the total amount of shares and options which are currently held by the core management team of this company. I also understand that there are many other individuals within the company who are holding onto their shares very tightly. Just as I am. <ggg>
