CC, I can see selling a few thousand shares to make up for salary, but 100K? And that's a third of his interest? I'm just a little concerned that an executive of a great little company is willing to sell so many shares now, when they seem to be on the verge of taking off. If he really believed in ADSN, why wouldn't he sell a little and hang on for a much higher price (like we're all doing)? I'm going to have to rethink ADSN. Insider trades like this scare me, but maybe I'm overreacting.
