A Norwegian woman once brought up the subject of marriage to me. She didn't say squat about "beaver cheese." Was it a close call? I am fresh out of "The Peace and Love Food;" cheese, tonight (except for a big hunk of P. Reggiano). I AM staring at a pound or more of Blue Crab meat that was scuttling along the bottom of Betz Creek earlier today. Hmmmmm.....why screw around with perfection. Forget the "cakes" -- those are what canned crustaceans and breadcrumbs :-( are for. Maybe chill half for West Indies Salad tomorrow. Tonight, I think we'll just dip the rest in some plain yogurt hit with a few drops of Key Lime juice, rice vinegar, Coleman's hot mustard and a dash of S&P. mmmmmmmmmm MM
