Petz,
help me out here.

RE:"I think we may mysteriously see the Intel lawsuit against VIA quietly dropped."

In researching the lawsuit concerning the chipsets, was the lawsuit dropped, or is there another one about which, these discussions are taking place?

ebnews.com

"Intel had filed a breach of contract suit against VIA, charging the Taiwanese company with trying to sell an unlicensed logic chipset, according to court documents filed in San Jose.

On the same day the lawsuit was filed, Intel withdrew it. The Santa Clara, Calif. company has consistently refused to talk about its surprising legal flip-flop, except to say that the suit against VIA was mistakenly by its outside counsel"

Thanks!

steve

EDIT!

Found it:
techweb.com

So where is the lawsuit at today?
