I seriously doubt that there is enough evidence for the SEC to take action. There has been no pump and dump with only 1000 insider shares having been sold since June. I also doubt that there are many free trading shares disguised in nominees names which were sold.

There is no doubt that there has been misrepresentation and antipicatory statements which should never have been made. But unless fiduciary violations can be proven the SEC will do no more than slap the wrist.

But suppose you are right and the SEC institutes an action. This will stop GPGI dead in its tracks because there is no money for a legal
defense. What will you have accomplished other than providing yourself with a sense of vindication?

There is yet a possibility that GPGI can make it, maybe even if the odds are only 10 to 1.. You will have closed out those odds.

Instead why not wait until the share price collapses to 5¢ or less because the present possibility fails. Then instead of bringing in the SEC a shareholders action can be taken as the company enters bankruptcy and a reorganization is started. I for one believe that GPGI's land holdings are practically priceless, especially the Oro Grande. A professional team could be brought in and bring the properties into production.

By the way check out all the other desert sands (MXAM NAXOF CHIP IPMCF USPS etc) All have made at least implied promises and where are they price-wise today?
