New 13's... $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ ITIG ALLS The scarcity of New 13's is implying that this is a large cap rally... Without a broader participation this rally will run out of steam... We need to see the small caps participating... There were almost 3 times as many New Lows today as New Highs... You can't expect to see a sustained rally when more stocks are hitting 52 week lows than highs... Unless this reverses we're bound to see the market whipsaw both the longs and the shorts... Jim
