Sergio,

I just finished reading the 10k and 10Q on ACRI: Jeez, Where to start: This thing is so wrapped up in its self!

There are a total of 7 companies involved. Nearly all of them have one to three members of ACRI sitting on their board of directors. Heck, MerkWerks is even located in the same 5k square foot building as ACRI..Wait it gets better. There are two offshore managed (hedge) funds located in the Cayman Islands, Burmuda was mentioned. Sounding familiar?

ACRI buys stock in these small start up companies, they lose money bigtime, ACRI sells part of their investment in the companies (at a loss) then buys it back again through several transactions. LOL This is too good.

Get this: The CEO of ACRI gets 1/4 of the performance fees and the company gets 3/4. Now if the company loses 3 million last report were did the money come from to operate?
They have no credit facility, but over 5 million in cash.

Only one of the companies has any patents, SoundView (v chip) which appears to be the only viable one of the bunch.

Think I'll go looking for Mr. Ryan in the SEC enforcement filings. Wanna bet.
