PB,

Here is the review from Sharky's. I find this more biased than usual but that should help us get very close to what Intel's own benchmarks will show.

P.S.: Note the part about how Intel is influencing ZDNet for Year 2000 benchmarks. One of the previlages of being an industry powerhouse....

PB - RE: "I know you've been quizzed on this before recently, but would you care to clarify what segment, and what the the % of this segment vs. WW overall, just to put some perspective into your statistic?"

Why should I look at the overall market share statistic when AMD chips aren't even sold in the majority of the market? If AMD had design wins for business oriented notebooks (I'm not talking small business, I'm talking the big expensive ones IBM, Compaq, and Toshiba sell) , I would care.

It is like comparing Ferrari's market share of over $100K sports cars to its overall world market share.

"I may not disagree with you here, but technically, the "launch" doesn't happen for a few more hours yet."

The day is over, so how many companies announced PIIIB systems?
