I have never watched a company die quite in this fashion. I have spoken with both principals, and I thought they were serious about business. I'm sure the litigious nature of our system has made it difficult for them to communicate more fully. I hope everyone can come away with something that at least has the possibility of returning a portion of their investment. Good luck to all.
